1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping):
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support. If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued. -
After Shipping:
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery (see below). -
Custom Orders:
Custom-built cycles or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Return & Refund Policy

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if they are:-

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at support@luxecyclecare.com or visit our Contact Us page. Include your order number, issue details, and photos (if applicable). -
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
